
Emily Zorn is a registered dietitian and health coach. She started her career as a sports dietitian working with collegiate and professional athletes. In 2020, she began her private practice (Emily RD Nutrition Coaching) where she helps athletes and all people learn how to eat in a way that is personalized to their goals, is sustainable, and includes balance. She is the co-host of the podcast RDs vs BS where she breaks down diets, supplements, and nutrition books to determine what’s legit and what’s BS.
