Lori is a holistic fitness trainer and start up tech leader. After five years in the corporate world, she noticed that teammates who were under-performing were typically under a great deal of stress in the home and unable to prioritize high performance habits. So she studied fitness, yoga, and psychology. Throughout her studies in India and Australia, she also observed that the same burnout culture that was prevalent within the corporate environment was rampant within the fitness industry.
