Katya Davydova is a Los Angeles-based author, leadership facilitator, and coach who helps humans flourish. She holds a master’s degree in organizational development and knowledge management, leading hands-on workshops at companies like Google and Netflix, and investing in the well-being of others as a habits, workplace, and lifestyle coach. Her past expertise is in higher education, design thinking, and consulting. She has recently published her first book, Joy in Plain Sight, a collection of stories and essays celebrating wonder in the ordinary against the backdrop of our always-on, always-busy world. Katya views life as a treasure hunt. She believes every day contains at least one moment that ignites wonder or joy, and that it’s our job to uncover and savor that tiny treasure.
